Just wanted to comment on my recent experience with MyThemeShop support. I had a reasonably complicated hack that I needed for the socialMe theme. It added functionality not present in the stock theme and the development team went out of their way to make it happen, generating a page of new code added to the functions file. That now allows me to use the theme on a number of projects going forward. Fantastic work at MyThemeShop
