It could be that your theme or one of your plugins has a call to those files, and every time they are requested on the frontend, the error(s) gets recorded.
In my opinion, if they are not showing up in the Search Console, you can safely ignore them.

It seems like an issue with the settings I mentioned above.
After connecting via AnyDesk, the site got listed correctly and I started the fetching process.
Please stay advised that the process can take several hours, depending upon the data/traffic your website receives.

This error is not coming from the Rank Math plugin as the source code is showing the correct data. The cause most often is an empty line at the beginning (before the <?php line) or end of the wp-config.php or functions.php file.
Can you please check if that is not the case?
If that doesn't help, please revert to the default theme for a while and see if the issue persists.
If you are still unsure, please share your WordPress login details in the "Sensitive Data" section by clicking the Add button on the top and bottom right-hand side on this ticket and follow the instructions shown in the screenshot below:

I deleted the plugin and reinstalled it.
It seems like the issue's resolved. Can you please check on your end?

First of everything, one should not be using an automatic redirection as WordPress handles that on its own. Unless someone is going to utilize those redirects to create something complex, it should be avoided. It is simply not required with the latest versions of WordPress.

You should not use the same option in 2 different plugins/themes, that is a sure shot call for a disaster. Sometimes sites break and admins do not realize it. 
WP Rocket is a great caching plugin and you can definitely use it with the tutorial we provided.
At the end of the day, do not fret over the scores. Optimize the site to load fast and then work on optimizing the content instead of spending too much time.
SiteGround is a good hosting provider and is one of our recommended hosts.
Regarding the security warnings, you are seeing when using the SEO Analysis, you can ignore those. Fixing them would break the updates and is recommended only to the advanced users. That's why no points are given to those tests.
