After the one year, the pro version is still available to you but if you do not renew the subscription you do not have access to the support. You will however still have access to the theme pro. Yes, our plugin still receives updates however since it has been built to last a long time, it did not require any updates with the latest WP versions. If there is a major bug or if it does not work we will release a major update. Also note that if you have a subscription with us, which you will have free for 1 year after you purchase the plugin our support staff will be able to assist you if any bugs are happening. Hello, Unfortunately we do not have a filter function where on a page you can sort reviews depending on the filter. We apologize for the inconvenience. Yes, you can change the labels using Custom CSS. You can send us a link to your site, show us which label you want to change and tell us which color to change it to. Then we can provide you with Custom CSS which you can insert into your theme. Looking forward to help you.
