They go above and beyond to assist with any specific issue. It is reassuring to know that I can count on My Theme Shop’s support team to reply on the same day, and continue to troubleshoot until the specific issue has been solved. I would also like to thank My Theme Shop for providing the many very helpful video lessons that contain with great tips about specific plug ins and theme matters.
