1. If I buy a the premium theme, is there support to help me customize CSS etc... and for how long?

2. I already own Schema, how much will it cost to have support to help be customize CSS etc?

Im not referring to community forum help. I need direct help at least a few times a month from your staff.

Yes, when you purchase a new theme, it automatically allows you to post in the Premium support forum.

1. With your theme purchase, you'll get one year of support and update to your product. Yes, we'll help you with customizing CSS

2. Your subscription to Schema is already expired. You can purchase the theme again at $19/year to get support and updates for the theme.

Currently we only provide support in the support forum.
