[Rank Math SEO Plugin] cURL error 56: Received HTTP code 403 from proxy after CONNECT

Buonasera, quando inserisco l'username e la password per aggiungere le 5 Focus Keywords, mi da il messaggio di errore (cURL error 56: Received HTTP code 403 from proxy after CONNECT).

Ho provato a disabilitare la white list per la comunicazione libera server to server, ma non ho risolto. 

Il sito lo ho con altervista se questo può cambiare qualcosa

Come posso risolvere?

Buonasera, attivando FTP non mi presenta più l'errore, ma quando inserisco i dati di accesso mi dice:  Sorry, you are not allowed to do that.

Ho provato svariate volte, i dati di accesso sono corretti
