[Rank Math SEO Plugin] Stripping category base

Hello,

One of the SEO options is to remove category base. See att.

If I do this will that result in 404 errors? In other words, do I need to make a lot of re-directs?

Hello,

Thank you for contacting MyThemeShop today.

Enabling that option won't generate any 404s but will add auto-redirects to those URLs.

That option simply converts URLs like

https://example.com/category/wordpress/
to
https://example.com/wordpress/
