The canonical tags are adding correctly to your pages, I just visited one of them. However, it's entirely upon Google to honor that or not. I have updated the Sensitive Data with more information. To expedite, you can submit your Sitemap again and let Google crawl your website. But please stay advised that Google may or may not honor that request. If they feel that one of your inner pages are more helpful to the users, they will display that in the search result, and that is very normal. Big sites like Moz also have their inner pages indexed and showing up on search results from time to time. Hope that helps. If you have any further question(s), please let us know.
