Hey,

Whenever I login into my wp dashboard I am seeing some errors like"Invalid Credentials" ss is attached in my one site. 

And in my 2nd site I am seeing "Array (

 => 404 [status] => fail [body] => ) " what is this? both errors screenshots are attached.

And I am also facing a redirection issue. I redirected a page using rankmath but the redirection is not working.
