gera Posted March 12, 2018 Report Share Posted March 12, 2018 Fortunately, I didn't need contacting to support often - this is always a good sign :-) Two different examples I requested support: * Technical - I had a problem with a plugin color picker not showing and support fixed the problem directly in the site, quickly. * Payment - An issue with a payment was solved without involving extra work from my side.
