[Ad-Sense] Unable to purchase from India amount in $

Hi, 

I am trying to purchase the Theme "AdSense" and facing issues with respect to final amount showing at the time of billing. 

I dont see the discounted price $14, instead i see it as $19 and most important point is the amount in $ and not in Indian Rupee. 

Request to help me with this as early as possible before this offer ends.
