[Coupon] Renewal is reqd yearly or not

As i have purchased the theme so here is my question will i have to renew it year by year for using this theme or if i will not renew then it will going to be stoped or deactivated after expire of this period. kindly clarify it ...

However, anything you download can be used for the lifetime  on  unlimited domains you own. There is a nominal renewal fee per year for receiving updates and support after one year has lapsed, but you can cancel that at any time.
