[Schema] Nominal recurring fee ?!

I'd like to buy Schema theme. But I don't find in your site the price of the "Nominal recurring fee" I should pay after the fist year to keep support and updates.

However, anything you download can be used for the lifetime on unlimited domains you own. There is a nominal renewal fee per year ($35) for receiving updates and support after one year has lapsed, but you can cancel that at any time.
