Can't Access Premium Theme Area

I bought some themes from yourself, but i can't post in the premium area ?

 

Could you guys rectify this as i need some help

Could you please try following these steps again?

 

The products are activated again for your account. Please login from here https://mythemeshop.com/go/member

 

You can find the theme along with all the free themes under Active resources section in Member's Area. Please refer to this image: http://i.imgur.com/AnvU5wQ.png

 

Please extract the main ZIP file on your computer, you will find another ZIP file along with Documentation it it. You can upload that ZIP file.
