[Ad-Sense] Do Adsense Theme Has Tech Layout?

In the adsense theme page it is given it supports 8 predefined layouts.

But when i click demo page it is also showing other two with new option banner on it, they are tech and viral.

My question is do tech layout included in purchase of adsense theme?

Actually i need a tech layout blog.

Please reply fast i am waiting at checkout page to buy the theme.
