[WP Review Pro] Is Wp Review Pro Still On Sale?

Hi, I want to purchase WP Review Pro but get a little confused about the price. When I pulled up the search on WP Review Pro, the result indicates that it's on sale (with the red sale tag for $29). When I clicked on the homepage the plug-in shows the sale tag for $29 also.

 

But when I clicked on the product page, the price is $39 and there is no indication that the plug-in is on sale.

 

So I'm not sure if I purchase what price will I pay?
