Seriously, this customer service is top notch.

 

Within 24 hours, and mostly sooner, I have answers to my questions including some rather out of the box requests.

 

I'm using the eCommerce theme and I'm very happy with the site speed and versatility. I tried out several other themes from different sellers before this eCommerce theme and there's a clear reason why I'm still using it. It's a theme that actually does what it says and isn't super bloated - ideal!

 

The one thing I wish is that I could upload more pictures in to the support forum itself, but I can understand how that affects data storage on their end.
