Two Words, Absolutely Fantastic!

If your reading this, then your obviously interested in using MyThemeShop products. Word of advice, stop reading this, and just go buy it. Seriously, they are that good.

 

This company has the absolute BEST customer support, period. Not to mention the fact that they make some of the BEST themes, and plugins I have ever had the pleasure of using. 

 

Their support staff is above top notch. Honestly, If there is some sort of customer service award, they deserve it ten times over. 9 times out of 10, even if the question you asked isn't covered by their support policy, they'll still help you until they fix whatever issue your having. They are the definition of "above and beyond".

 

I use the Magazine theme, and few of their plugins. All of which work great, and are even better than the detailed descriptions make them sound.

 

Look at it this way:

• Feature packed themes 
• Feature packed plugins
• Responsive design on everything
• AMAZING support team
• Great prices
• Updated code

Everything I could have hoped for, and then some.
