What i liked in Mythemeshop.com

 

1. the support platform (https://community.mythemeshop.com) itself is completely equipped. It has a facility of forum, knowledge base, tutorials and most importantly when raising a ticket facility to leave confidential information (WP dashboard user name / password credentials, images) etc. in a separate space that can not be seen by public. 

 

2. The great search facility, some of the requirements I found on my own through the questions already answered in Forum section

 

3. One can expect quick response for sure. It's very reliable.
