[Schema] Is Schema Theme Just For Blogging / Where Are Demo Templates?

Hi - 2 questions:

 

1. Is the Schema theme just for blogging? I can't find anything other than a blogging template.

 

2. Where can I find other demo templates? I just see the main blogging one.
