Is it possible to make the menu in justfit theme sticky?

 

Well, okay I know it's possible, but is it easy to do it?

 

 

I think sticky menu is an important part of modern websites. If it's possible to do it without too much of hassle, I will buy this theme!

I also want to know if there is a featured image inside the blog post, because i cant see it in the demo. I only see pictures in the category page, but not on the blog post page.
