[HowTo] Artist Gallery/portfolio Category Option

I'm looking for a theme suitable for artists but want to be able to categorise paintings by content & type. For example I might have the following 5 paintings:

1) Dog in watercolour

2) Dog in oil

3) Cat in watercolour

4) Cat in pencil

5) Horse in oil

 

So I want to assign the categories Dog, Cat, Watercolour, Oil, Horse, Pencil as appropriate to each painting.

 

I then want to be able to create and display a number of galleries/portfolios - for example

 

Gallery a] Dogs & Cats -> shows 1, 2, 3, 4

Gallery b] Watercolours -> shows 1, 3

Gallery c] Oils -> shows 2, 5

Gallery d] All -> shows 1, 2, 3, 4, 5

 

Do any of your themes allow you to categorise & create galleries like that?
