[Video] Can You Hide First 7 Posts?

Is it possible to skip the first 7 posts underneath the slider? I understand you can make a category called "featured" and only those checked categories will show up in the slider. However I want them to always display the latest post, but then underneath the slider it should skip the double posts up above it... http://demo.mythemeshop.com/video

If not, please consider adding this feature, the videos shouldn't double up below the slider if we don't want to use any featured category.
