There is no Theme Option there for achieving that. You can use Custom CSS (Appearance > Theme Options > Styling Options > Custom CSS) for achieving that.

 

Try this in your Custom CSS for adjusting the menu color by adjusting the color as per requirement:

#sticky {
    background-color: black;
}
