Dear,

I have the free plugin URL Shortner but when I try to add a new link, I get this message:

PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function show_navigation() on null in /home/mywebsite/wp-content/plugins/mts-url-shortener/admin/views/url-shortener-edit.php:35

If I buy the premium plugin I will also have the same problem?

Regards

Hello,

Thank you for contacting MyThemeShop today.

Unfortunately we are unable to determine why that error is showing just by looking at it.

However once you purchase the pro version, and if that issue happens you can create a support ticket and our support staff can troubleshoot further.

If they are unable to fix the issue you can request a refund.

Actually, you can request a refund regardless if the plugin works or not, we give refunds without any questions asked. Such is our refund policy.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

I think you have a problem with the latest version of the free plugin because I have update the last plugin version in other Wordpress (with different hosting) and now I have the same problem... So, I updated the plugin in two sites and the plugin stop working well...

Sorry but you don´t understand me.

The plugin doesn´t work. You have a problem with the free plugins because it doent´t work in any site I update it to the last version. So, every time I updated this new version in any of the sites I have, the plugin stops working.

I think it's a problem with the latest version of the plugin you have released.

Can you solve it?

Regards
