[WP Subscribe Pro] Slide In instead of popup for WP Subscribe?

Hello,

The WP Subscribe Pro plugin looks great. Just wanted to throw out a couple questions:

1) Is this plugin and all scripts/css/etc installed and hosted on my own server (currently using OptinMonster and it is very heavy on the scripts, has to link to their website and slows down our website)? 

2) In addition to pop-ups, does WP Subscribe support, say, a slide in subscribe bar / box from the bottom of the page that is essentially locked to the bottom of the screen?

1. Yes, the plugin's script will run from your site. But this is an optimized plugin which won't make your site much heavy due to this plugin.

2. Yes, with the Premium version of the plugin, you can use the slide in effect in different formats and also add the box at the bottom of the post/page content too.
