for a while i was away from webmastering. i ran into a small issue. spoke with support.  both support members went above and beyond my own expectations into solving my issue. 

it was a respectable amicable decision in which i still get to continue use of my favorite theme in months or years to come.

i highly recommend contacting support if any issues arise. the forum is top notch. many answers can be found there as well as the live support to assist in someone's issues.
