Hello,

I'm interested in purchasing the plugin wp-subscribe form.

Before purchasing, I've few questions.

1. Do you update the Pro version regularly? As your free version doesn't get updated regularly, that's why I'm asking this strange question.

2. Suppose I bought the single site license (19$) now. After 6 or 12 months, if I want to upgrade to a 3 site license, what will the fees. Will u deduct 19$ from the purchase or what?

3. After one year if we need the support, do we need to again pay the full price of plugin for support or what exactly is the system.

Please let me know.

1. Yes, the plugin gets updated regularly.

2. If you are upgrading after 30 days, then the amount for the period you have used will be deducted from your remaining balance.

3. Yes, you need to renew the subscription by paying the subscription charge to get support and updates after 1 year.

And suppose if I bought multiple paid plugins from your site. Then do I need to pay separate for each plugin after one year to get their support or what?

For the single site license, the renewal price will be $19/year. For the three site license, the renewal price will be $29/year and for the unlimited site license, the renewal price will be $39/year.

Yes, if you have multiple products and want to get support and updates after one year, you need to renew them separately. Or you can get our Extended Membership.
