[WP Real Estate Pro] I have a monthly deduction when buying and using themes and plugins

I bought a woocart theme and real estate pro plugin for 2 years but I see continuous deduction. Only 6 months apart. I don't understand why. How long do I use themes and plugins and why do I have to pay monthly?

However, anything you download can be used for the lifetime on your website for which you purchased the product. There is a nominal renewal fee per year for receiving updates and support after one year has lapsed, but you can cancel that at any time.

You have purchased one product on October 14 and another on November 14 and you are being charged on the same date every year.

There are no other purchases associated with your account which will get you billed every month.
