[My WP Backup] Failed to backup, plugin not working

I downloaded the My WP Backup plugin (single product) from https://mythemeshop.com/b/plugins/my-wp-backup/ 

I installed it on my wordpress website.

I am trying to send backup to ftp folder but it's not taking any backup. In output, it says Please wait and it keeps processing. nothing happens other that 'Please wait' output.

Then I tried to send backup to dropbox and same thing happening.

When I installed plugin on website, wordpress sent and email about critical error occur. 

Below is error:
