when I click on register today, I am redirected to a page with several offers: one-site license ($99.47), three-site license ($197), etc. 

But it seemed to me that the extended license was made to be able to benefit from all themes and plugins for $99.47, and not a license for a single site... I don't quite understand... Could you please help me?

Yes, with the membership, you can access all the products.

But with the 1 site license, you can use the products on a single site.

With 3 site license, you can use each product on upto 3 domains.
