[Memberships] Extended Membership plan for unlimited sites license

Hello,

I would Like to purchase Extended Membership Plan for unlimited sites license .Which is currently showing discount $320.53 instead of $420 and $99.47 have to pay every years as well.

So, What I mean If I pay $99.47 in this year(11/07/2019) I have to pay $99.47 in next year (10/07/2020) there are no monthly  cost right ?

Also I would like to know Can I use "mythemeshop products" for my client website Under this license? For example If I want to build Website for My client using Ecommerce Theme is it legal?

One more thing, Can I change my payment method for next year subscription?
