Good evening,

I hope this message finds you well. Unfortunately, I purchased the ARCHITECT theme but does not fulfill the expectations I had. The lack of customization of several sections of the theme as well as a complicated workaround to translate it made it very difficult to use. Therefore, I'm asking for a refund for the purchase.

I understand this is a woeful event but I'm still interested in testing and using other products of yours.
