Hi, is it possible to put the portfolio grid that is on the home page on other pages? Is there a shortcode for this? And is it possible to only show a subset of the tags on certain pages. e.g. a grid of a specific tag on one page

You can not use the Portfolio grid of the Home on other page. There is no option available for that.

For the Portfolio tags, yes you can show portfolios based on particular tag on a page.
