waltercorredor
Hi My Theme Shop Team. This a post from the facebook page that i made few days ago. Few days ago i've installed RM. GSC does not show me 404 mistakes, but RM with 404 monitor tool, shows strange links. ¿What could it be? This messages are the sames for the three domains listed in sensitive data field. Note: Server guys has run an analysis, and in the last 12 months there are not bot attacks on these pages. Thanks for your help!
Support Montgomerie Posted February 14, 2019 Support Report Share Posted February 14, 2019 Hello, It could be that your theme or one of your plugins has a call to those files, and every time they are requested on the frontend, the error(s) gets recorded. In my opinion, if they are not showing up in the Search Console, you can safely ignore them. Hope that helps. waltercorredor
Hi Monty! Thanks for the reply. After reading the articles, i've installed Sucuri wich gives the green flag. No malware found. Also, checked the security and firewall of the hosting. Everything good. The thing is that Google Search Console does not report these 404 issues. Wich is strange, i guess.
