I purchased a MyThemeShop theme for my WordPress site two months ago and have worked on it almost daily since then. Over the past month, I've probably contacted support five to ten times per weeks (sad, I know). Every time, I've heard back within a few hours and the problem was resolved within a few exchanges. I'm very pleased with the level of customer support. I would highly recommend MyThemeShop to anyone building a WordPress website.
Hi Jitendraa. I really appreciate your help and I will gladly write a testimonial. I've been very happy with the support of mythemeshop.com. I do have a question, however. This may just be a coincidence, but I can no longer access the Dashboard on Wordpress. Everything was fine yesterday, I didn't add any plugins or anything, and today I get this message: "There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions." Is it possible something happened when you were fixing the logo? Thanks
Hello again. My web host fixed the problem but the technical support person said to pass along that there was an error in the mythemeshop plugin:
" Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined method MyThemeShop_Connect\Plugin_Checker::disconnect() in /home/naf38f5/public_html/wp-content/plugins/mythemeshop-connect/includes/class-plugin-checker.php:173"
What do I need to do to fix that? Thanks
