The Breadcrumb is showing Parent and child category. Please see the screenshot in the Sensitive Data Section.
Also, I saw you are using Gutenberg editor in your site. The Primary Category selection option is not available in Gutenberg yet, our development team is still working on adding that option and you will see it soon in the future updates of the plugin. For now, to set Primary Category please install the Classic editor plugin, using the classic editor you can set the primary category, once you save the post, you can again edit the post using the Gutenberg editor.

If there are no errors then that means there is nothing wrong in the data passed to the Search engines. You'll have to wait for Google to crawl all the links on your site.

The error you see in the Google Structured Data Testing tool is not from the schema data generated by the Rank Math plugin. Your theme or some other plugin active on your site is adding inline schema which has the errors. You can test the schema generated by Rank Math by copying the code in ld+json and pasting it in the Code Snippet tab of Google Structured data testing tool. Please see the screenshots in the Sensitive Data Section.

Are you using Divi's Image module to add images? Divi theme creates a shortcode for the image when you add it from the Image module which unfortunately is not supported by Rank Math yet.
Our Development Team is working on extending the Content Analysis API, and once it is ready all the modules will be included in the Content Analysis. Please stay advised that the plugin will work 100% and will generate proper tags for the search engines, just the content analysis won't work as expected when using the image module.

I was able to reproduce this issue on my setup. The problem is the links on the portfolio page is using placeholder URLs like {{ link_url }}, which is breaking the Rank Math code that adds nofollow, target _blank to external URL's. I've forwarded this issue to our Development team and they will add a condition to validate URL before adding nofollow, target attributes to external links.
For now, to fix it on your site, I added below filter code in your theme's functions.php file:
add_action( 'rank_math/head', function() { if ( is_page( 'portfolio' ) ) { global $wp_filter; if ( isset( $wp_filter["wp_head"] ) && isset( $wp_filter["wp_head"][99] ) ) { unset( $wp_filter["wp_head"][99] ); } } }); The portfolio page is now working fine on your site.

Google only crawls the URL defined on the frontend which is showing correctly on your site. Although I see the issue in the Edit Post screen, it only happens when the Classic Editor plugin is active. I've forwarded this issue to our Development team they will further debug this issue on their setup. I'll let you know once I get a reply from our development team. For now, you can continue using the plugin as your site is showing correct data on the frontend.

I logged into your site and I see the issue. The code Snippet you added in Dashboard >> Snippets >> Replace excerpt is conflicting with the Rank Math: 
For now, I changed it and added a condition to check is_admin(). The edit page will not redirect to the event page now but the calendar is still not appearing on the frontend.
Can you please tell us where exactly you want to change the excerpt text?

I logged into your site and I disabled the Sitemap generated by Jetpack. The /robots.txt file now shows only 1 sitemap. Please try submitting your sitemap again on Google.

I checked the homepage and product page, the title, description, and other information are correctly updated on your site. If you've recently updated this data, then Google probably hasn't indexed the new description yet. It can take up to a week for Google to index the changes you made, depending on how often your website is crawled.
If you type, in Google, cache: followed immediately by the URL of your site or page, you'll see what Google has cached for your site. If the appeared date is before you made the changes, you'll have to wait for Google to crawl your site again.

I see the issue on your site when AMP Takeover (Beta) option is enabled in AMP Settings, the AMP plugin adds a custom title tag instead of using the one created by the theme. Please add below code in your theme's functions.php file to overwrite the title created by AMP plugin:

The problem is Helium theme uses Timber composer package which changes the WP get_posts() data and in Rank Math plugin we have used WP's get_posts object to generate the posts data. To fix it please add below filter code in your theme's functions.php file:

The lists of the pages you added in the Sensitive Data Section are the auto-generated pages created by some User Registration plugin like ProfileGrid. If you no longer need those pages then please delete it by navigating to Dashboard >> Pages.

Glad you got this working. I've forwarded this thread to our development team, they will further debug this, and most probably we'll change the custom class name to rm-custom so it would not conflict with any other plugins.
That code adds color picker on a custom class. I don't see any use of that code in post/pages, so commenting it should not create any problem.

In your theme, a static title is used whereas Rank Math ( or as a matter of fact any plugin which modifies title ) needs wp_title() function to change the title. To fix it, I logged into your site and changed below code in the header.php file:
Replaced:
<title><?php bloginfo('name'); ?> | <?php is_front_page() ? bloginfo('description') : wp_title(''); ?></title> with
<title><?php wp_title(); ?></title> Now your site is showing correct title on frontend.
