1 - 2 . We do not gurantee WPML compatibility with our themes. However considering that WPML is a paid plugin and they have amazing support, they should be able to guide you on how to make your site WPML ready.
We do not guarantee that but it may be worth a shot.
3. You can install another instance of WordPress in a subfolder and then run a duplicate site from it in a different language.

No, the Yosemite theme supports Google Fonts, however for Adobe Typekit you would need to use a plugin perhaps. We haven't tested this plugin but you can try it:

We don't have a theme that can do that as all of our themes allow for the ads to display on all posts in the same position.
However perhaps if you use our plugin WP In Post Ads you can achieve that : https://mythemeshop.com/plugins/wp-in-post-ads/
It should give you greater control of where to place ads.

Yes, you can add videos into posts in any of our themes. Simply paste the URL of the YouTube video into the post editor and WordPress will automatically recognize it and it will embed the video into the post.

1. If the article has no image then the "no preview" gray thumbnail will show. The theme is made to use featured images, otherwise it won't display very well on the homepage.
2. You can create a sticky post just by changing the date of the post, by making any post being the latest, it will stick at the top and act as a sticky post.

3. Yes, we can limit the number of categories that are displaying, open a new forum topic about that issue once your site is online.
4. That is not supported by the theme by default but our team can take a closer look once your site is online.

We haven't tested the shortcodes from Divi Builder, they might not be compatible with the theme. But you should be able to contact the Divi Builder developers and ask them to help you integrate that into other themes.
I'm not sure what else to suggest to you.
The schema markup used is the one from schema.org.

None of our themes have the exact positions that you require. However our support team can help you insert ads into the theme once your purchase the theme.
Please note that the two central ads that will be between your content text will require a plugin to be inserted into the content. You can try using this plugin : https://mythemeshop.com/plugins/wp-in-post-ads/
Once you purchase any of our themes, open a new forum topic in the Premium Themes support forum and our staff will help you insert the ads.

The NewsPaper theme only has a featured are that can handle 3 posts. See our demo : http://demo.mythemeshop.com/newspaper/
However it has no sliders as like the other themes
If you are unable to create the 3 posts as shown on the demo, let us know.

We don't have a specific theme for home owners.
Some of the features you have listed are not part of any of our themes, however if you are familiar with plugins you might be able to find plugins for those functions. Please note that we do not offer support for third party plugins, therefore if such functions do not work with those plugins we won't be able to assist you.

2 .You will need a plugin for this.

3. You will need a plugin for this as well.
4. You will need a plugin to send emails to your members, first collect the emails of your members and use a plugin such as WP Subscribe Pro to send them emails.
5. Our themes do have places for ads inside of Theme Options > Ad Management

Yes, you do have support when you purchase a premium theme. You will get premium support but only for the first year. Beyond that you will need to renew your membership.
