I tested further and noticed that even other SEO plugins' sitemaps are not working.
It seems like a server issue to me. You can check the source code here:
yourwebsite.com/?sitemap=1
You would notice the code is showing up.
Can you please ask your hosting to modify the NGNIX rules?
If they are unable to help you, please ask them to add the following rules to the config file:

I noticed that you had Yoast activated and there were no settings done for the Sitemaps in Rank Math.
I went ahead and disabled Yoast after importing all the data from it.
Then I reactivated Rank Math and made changes to the Sitemap's settings and also changed the settings to recommended settings.
The sitemap is working fine now. Please submit that to Google by adding it on your Search Console:
https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/sitemap-list?hl=en&siteUrl=SITELINK Replace SITELINK with your website's link.
Give Google some time to crawl your website and you should be seeing the sitemap data in the Search Console tab of the plugin.

Please stay advised that these are not the final files and few features might not make it to the final version or new features might get added.
We will not release the final version until all the bugs and issues are fixed. We are already working on a major update which will change the way on-page SEO analysis is calculated. Our new metrics are based on extensive research and data collected from different websites.

wp-admin/admin.php?page=rank-math-wizard&step=sitemaps You are not showing your posts or pages in your sitemap and that is not an ideal situation. You should always get your posts or pages indexed and shown in a sitemap.
Also, showing and indexing tags or any thin content pages is not advised. You can change all the settings of such pages in the plugin's settings page.
