Im planning on using polylang plugin to have the selector button to show and loco translate plugin to translate the theme unless you guys already have french translation file. However if you use this plugin: https://mythemeshop.com/plugins/wp-google-translate/ It should allow you to translate your site automatically using Google Translate. Looking forward to helping you.
