I see they are using your theme. Can you please tell me what it is and also if you have a feature to autopost automatically and auto-spin and auto translate?

The theme that they are using is called Blogging: https://mythemeshop.com/themes/blogging/

I am not sure what you mean by autopost automatically but I assume you are referring to posting content from other websites. Such practices are banned by Google, your site would be blacklisted in no-time.

To do that it would require a plugin.

Auto-spin and auto-rotate are also features not handled by themes but by plugins.
