[Clean] Ad Related Queries regarding Clean Theme

Does the Clean Theme come with an option of adding an Ad Banner at the top of the website? 

Themes like Socially Viral, NewsPaper have these. Unfortunately, I am not really sure whether the Clean theme has this or not.
