[Video] Can I Create White Space Around Thumbnails On Homepage?

On the demo layouts I see that the video thumbnails have no margin or white space between each other. Can I create visual separation by modifying the CSS or theme? I think that white space separation is easier on the visitor's eye. Thank you for your responses.
