The pagination will appear once you separate your posts into multiple pages. It won't have the same styled buttons but it will have a pagination.

For the Facebook share, that's normal, you need to install Facebook Open Graph plugin to enable that.
Once you purchase the theme our support team can help you with that.

Both of those sites seem to be using custom solutions and not plugins.
