Does Steady Income offer WP BB plugin integration OR what plugins does it support?  I want to create a confidential (paid members only) online community.

We haven't test that but generally BB should be able to work with any theme. You can test it with one of our free themes and if it works then it is most likely that it will work with SteadIncome theme.

Go to Styling Options > Custom CSS and add this:

.blog_first .readMore {
    background: #40d4b0 !important;
}
