Looking to purchase Ad-Sense but wanted to know if the Homepage can be customized by showing only certain post/pages?

What type of customization are you thinking of?

 

If you are trying to exclude certain categories from the homepage you can certainly do that with a plugin such as this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/ultimate-category-excluder/

Actually I was looking more of only showing a certain page/post on the homepage...mainly my most popular pages/post.

If you wish to show only one post on the homepage and remove all the other ones, that might be possible using custom CSS.

No just not ONE post, multiple of post but of my choosing.

You can exclude certain post categories from the homepage using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/ultimate-category-excluder/

 

It will allow you to hide or show the posts of your choosing on your homepage.
