[Video] Copyright Issues

Hello,

 

Quick question that I am wondering about. 

 

The video theme is great and all, but how about copyright issues? I am wanting to use it for interviews between interesting people that are hosted on youtube. However, does anyone know if the 'youtube share button has been enabled' idea means that you cannot be sued for copyright infringement? 

 

How do sites like 9 gag do this? 

 

Anyone any idea if this is legal?

All content hosted on YouTube is allowed to be shared on other sites as long as that video allows the "embed" code to work. Which should work for you as long as you see that video appear on your site.
