Liked the theme Clock a lot. Had a few issues with responsiveness + mobile layout. Support team quickly hooked me up with custom code to paste into my theme to get everything straightened out. 5 stars

Update: Still having problems with the theme. Waited almost 48 hours for the latest reply only to be told there was no problem --- but there clearly is. (The support-person who replied was not even looking at the right part of the site).

 

Since then there has been no reply.

A little disappointed that the first issue was fixed so quickly and professionally and the second issue (a similar one) seems to be impossible to get help with.
