[Business] Business Themes And Conversion From Shortcode-Based Theme

Hi, 

 

We are considering transferring website from one of the Elegant Themes (Extra/Divi) to one of the business themes here. The concern is that the current website uses blocks/shortcodes (the Divi Builder) for most of the current content and that would have to be manually input in converting to a one of these themes. Just wondering if you have had similar conversions/imports or any advice? (current website is https://www.intelivate.com if that helps in advisement).

 

Specifically for the various business themes (Business/Corporate), what types of schema markup are provided in the configuration?

Hello Kris,

 

We haven't tested the shortcodes from Divi Builder, they might not be compatible with the theme. But you should be able to contact the Divi Builder developers and ask them to help you integrate that into other themes.

 

I'm not sure what else to suggest to you.

 

The schema markup used is the one from schema.org.
