We are very interested in this plugins, but i have to ask some questions.

 

1. Are reviews moderated? or is there an option for this? 

2. Can not logged in users set a rating? or is there an option?

3. Is it possible to hook the "review system" with php code to a template.php ?

Here are the answers to your questions:

1. Reviews left through comments are basically comments with the additional rating stars field, so you can moderate them the same way as comments can be moderated.

2. Yes, any visitor can leave a simple stars-based rating if you enable the user rating feature. You can restrict the reviews through comments to logged-in users only, by restricting the commenting possibility.

3. I'm not sure what you mean exactly. There are a number of ways to include the ratings in your theme template files, let us know if you need help with that.
